Josh & I left Dallas early Saturday evening so we wouldn't get home too late for church the next morning. I really wanted to watch the fireworks, so we stopped in Temple to join their festivities! We tried to make it to Austin, but we didn't quite leave early enough :( Maybe next year...
Anxiously awaiting to be entertained by the light show.
Temple was right on time and started the show at 9:30 p.m. on the dot, just as promised.
Ooooh ... aaaah! Ooooh ... aaaah!
Though it was no Austin fireworks where we lay on the golf course and watch fireworks directly above our faces... Temple did not disappoint. And even better, no traffic! We hopped back on I35 and continued home!
